A Niger Delta youth leader Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu has congratulated Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as he celebrate his fifth years as the Governor of Delta State.
Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu on Friday May 29 2020 in Warri said that Governor Ifeanyi Okowa his a thorough breed politician who started his political career from the local government, to commissioner, SSG, senate and to governor.
He added that Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has so far used his vast knowledge on politics to advance the state on the path of sustainable development through his prosperity for all Deltans as enshrined in his SMART AGENDA.
The Niger Delta Youth Leader who is also an opinion leader and a former chairman of Diebiri Batan Community in the ancient Diebiri kingdom of Warri South West council area said that Governor Ifeanyi Okowa is a youth friendly Governor who has appointed youths in his administration as well as engaged various youths in different skills and acquisition training.
He stressed that Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa developmental strides is visible in the twenty five local government areas of the state.
Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu who described the blend of Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and his Deputy, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro as a successful one, wished them the best as they take the state on the path of sustainable prosperity till 2020.
