Chief Honourable Napoleon Gbinije former member of the Federal House of Representatives (Okpe Sapele Uvwie ) Federal Constituency has sent a Congratulatory message on behalf of his family, political associates and supporters to His Excellency,Senator Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa on the fifth anniversary of his assumption of office as the Executive Governorr of Delta State.
Chief Gbinije in a Press Statement made available to journalists in Orerokpe, Headquarters of Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State stated that Governor Okowa has successfully transform the state from when he assumed power till date.. " I salute His Excellency, Senator Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa Governorr of Delta State on the auspicious occasion of his 5 years in office in the saddle of a multi ethnic state such as ours and his numerous achievements within this period of pilotting the affairs of our dear state."
The former Federal Lawmaker described Governor Okowa as a detribalised Governor who has improve tremendously both on the infrastructure and human development of the state.
