A prominent Ijaw leader in the Niger Delta Region, Chief Favour Izoukumor has congratulated all Nigerian children as they celebrate this year's children's day celebration.
Chief Izoukumor congratulatory message to all Nigerian children was contained in a message via his verified tweeter handle to all children.
Chief Izoukumor who is a blessed father of children and a prominent political figure in the state, said that children are the heritage of the Lord.
Chief Izoukumor who has always celebrated children's day with children from Warri South West council area at Ogbe Ijoh, the Headquarters of the council area, regretted not being able to celebrate this year's children's day with the children because of the COVID 19 pandemic.
He however admonished children to make the most of the stay at home occasioned by the coronavirus pandemic to read their books as well as make themselves available to utilize the e learning provided by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on radio and television stations.
He also appealed to parents and guardians to also help their children and wards out in this period by drawing reading timetables for them and checking on their academic progress.
Chief Favour Izoukumor therefore wished all children a fun filled celebration as they celebrate at home.
