NIGER DELTA YOUTH ACTIVIST COMR JACKSON TIMIYAN COMMENDS DELTA STATE GOVT FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD.

A youth activist in the Niger Delta Region Comrade Jackson Timiyan has commended the Delta State Governor Dr Ifeanyi Okowa for flagging off of the distribution of the food palliative to the vulnerable and poor across the state.
Comrade Jackson Timiyan in a press release made available to newsmen via his social media platforms said that the stay at home directive has caused hunger in the state.
Comrade Jackson Timiyan who is a one time Personal Assistant to the former Ijaw DESOPADEC commissioner implored those in charge of distributing the food to ensure that they do it from door to door across the twenty five local government areas of the state.
He warned against the diversion of the food stuff and added that the target which are the poor, vulnerable and old people get the food stuff, as it will go a long way to cushion the hardships and hunger occasioned by the stay at home directive.
Comrade Jackson Timiyan who is the current Secretary General of the rich oil producing Kokodiagbene community in the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom appealed to well meaning Nigerians to also give out foods to those in need in their domain.
