A youth leader in the Niger Delta Region, Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu has congratulated the National Coordinator of the Center for Peace and Environmental Justice CEPEJ, Chief Sheriff Mulade for his recent installation as the Ibe - Sorimowei of the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom of Warri South West local government area of Delta State.
Engr. Dickson Ogugu's congratulatory message was made available to newsmen via his verified Tweeter handle, and said Chief Sheriff Mulade was the right man for the title.
He described Chief Sheriff Mulade as a born leader, a vibrant activist and a strong crusader of Niger Delta development, who has championed the course of justice and peace in the oil rich region, through his NGO, the Center for Peace and Environmental Justice CEPEJ.
Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu, who is the CEO of Don Daddys Dive Offshore Services Limited maintained that Chief Sheriff Mulade's title which means the *kingdom lifter* is well deserved going by his contributions to the growth and development of Gbaramatu kingdom, Delta State and the Niger Delta Region at large.
