A Niger Delta youth leader Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu has joined multitude of well wishers from far and near to celebrate the Delta State Deputy Governor Barrister Kingsley Otuaro as he clocked 52 on April 16 2020.
Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu in a congratulatory message via his verified tweeter handle on Thursday April 16 2020 said that the birth of the Deputy Governor is a blessing to the state and humanity.
The Niger Delta youth leader pointed out that Barrister Kingsley Otuaro is a born politician, a legal luminary cum businessman who has blessed humanity.
He maintained that Barrister Kingsley Otuaro who came into the world in 1968 through the family of Mr and Mrs Napoleon Burutu Otuaro in Oporoza headquarter of the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom has brought proud to the Ijaw nation.
Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu stated that Barrister Kingsley Otuaro as a proud Ijaw son, who is the first Ijaw to become Deputy Governor of Delta State, has successfully blended well with the State Governor Dr Ifeanyi Okowa in moving the state forward through the SMART AGENDA.
He on behalf of himself, his lovely family and the Don Daddys Dive Offshore Services Limited wished Barrister Kingsley Otuaro long life and prosperity in sound health as well as all that he deserves in life.
