The Executive Chairman of Ndokwa East Local Government Area Engineer Juan Amechee Governor has commended residents of his council area for complying with the stay at home directive by the Delta State Government.
Engineer Juan Amechee Governor stated this recently while commenting on the day twelve of the fourteen days stay at home directive by government.
He noted that the stay at home directive by the government is for the general good of all Deltans in preventing us from the deadly COVID 19 which has ravaged most countries of the world.
The Ndokwa East Council Boss added that although the stay at home directive by the government has brought untold hardships on Nigerians but stressed that it is a sacrifice all Nigerians must pay to curtail the spread of coronavirus pandemic.
Engineer Juan Amechee Governor said that he is hopeful that government has not relaxed in reaching out to the vulnerable and poorest in the state by distributing food stuffs to them.
The Ndokwa East Council Chairman disclosed that he has been able to carry out so palliative to help cushion the Hunger in the council area and as such implored well to do indigenes of the land to also come out to give to those in need in the society.
He called on the people to still continue to comply with the stay at home directive, adding that the fourteen days will soon over.
