A NIGER DELTA YOUTH ACTIVIST COM JACKSON TIMIYAN HAILS GOV OKOWA STEP TO RESTATE SUSPENDED CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYMENT.

A Niger Delta youth activist Comrade Jackson Timiyan has hailed the Delta State governor Dr Ifeanyi Okowa for his steps to restate the state suspended civil service employment.
Comrade Timiyan stated this recently in Warri while fielding questions from journalists on the state civil service.
The Niger Delta youth activist who is also a one time Personal Assistant to the immediate past DESOPADEC commissioner representing Ijaw ethnic nationality pointed out that recalling the suspended individuals would go a very long way to bring satisfaction to them as well as add value to the state labour force.
Comrade Timiyan who is the current secretary general of Kokodiagbene community described the state governor as a talk and do governor.
On the issue of employment of teachers, the youth activist commended the state government and also implored them to ensure that most of the teachers are posted to the rural and riverine areas so as to help improve the educational standard in those areas.
He therefore urged all Deltans to continue to support the governor Ifeanyi Okowa and his deputy deacon Kingsley Otuaro administration, and expressed optimism that better days lies ahead in their second tenure.
