The Executive Assistant to the Delta State Deputy Governor on Security Chief Joel Ogbona says that the dismissal of all charges by the Federal High Court in Lagos on Wednesday July 15 2020 against High Chief Government Ekpemupolo popularly known as Tompolo and others former Niger Delta freedom fighters is a clear indication that the court is the last hope of the common man.

Chief Joel Ogbona while reacting to the Lagos Division of the Federal High Court judgement, said that Tompolo is now free from all fraud allegations.

The Ogbe Ijoh Warri Kingdom born politician emphasized that High Chief Government Ekpemupolo who is a highly respected leader in the Niger Delta, is someone committed to the emancipation of the oil producing neglected region.

" Tompolo as a leader is not a selfish person but one who has constantly fought for the advancement of the Niger Delta Region" he said.

" Now with the judgement from the Lagos Division Federal High Court on Wednesday 15 July 2020, our leader and mentor is now freed at last from the baseless allegations " he stated.

He however enjoined High Chief Government Ekpemupolo not to relent in his quest of fighting for the sustainable development of the Niger Delta Region that accounts for the nation's revenue.
