ENGINEER DON DICKSON OGUGU HAILS FEDERAL HIGH COURT VERDICT IN DISMISSING 40 COUNT CHARGES AGAINST TOMPOLO & OTHER EX NIGER DELTA FREEDOM FIGHTERS

A Youth Leader in the Niger Delta, Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu has joined legions of Niger Deltans and Non Niger Deltans alike to hailed the judgement of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on Wednesday vindicating High Chief Government Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo and others Ex Niger Delta freedom fighters from a forty count charges filed by the Federal Government against them.


Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu in a congratulatory message on Thursday 16 July 2020 described the Wednesday July 15 2020 Lagos Federal High Court dismissal of the forty count charges against the Niger Delta freedom fighter High Chief Government Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo as a laudable one.


Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu who is an opinion leader and a former Chairman of Diebiri Batan Community in the Ancient Diebiri kingdom in Warri South West Council Area added that High Chief Government Ekpemupolo is one Niger Delta son who is passionate about the liberation of the rich crude oil and gas producing but under developed region.


He maintained that Tompolo also known as GOC has worked assiduously to attract sustainable landmark infrastructural projects to the region, citing the Maritime University Okerenkoko among others as some of his contributions.



Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu however affirmed that the Niger Delta Youths are proud of the achievements of High Chief Government Ekpemupolo and thus implored him to keep on fighting for the emancipation of the Niger Delta Region.
