A youth leader in the Niger Delta Region engineer Don Dickson Ogugu has congratulated the Delta State Governor His Excellency Dr Ifeanyi Okowa as he becomes one year older today July 8 2020.
Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu congratulatory birthday message to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa was contained in a press release made available to newsmen in Warri on Wednesday.
"Governor Ifeanyi Okowa's birthday is something worth sending him wishes, as he could not celebrate due to the COVID 19 pandemic". he said.
Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu who is also a one time chairman of Diebiri Batan Community in the rich oil producing Ancient Diebiri kingdom in Warri South West Council Area, thanked God for blessing the state with Gov Ifeanyi Okowa who was born into the world 61 years ago at Owa Alero in Ika North East LGA.
Engineer Don Dickson Ogugu noted that the birthday celebrant and his family need the prayers of all Deltans and non Deltans to recover from the coronavirus they contracted.
He therefore on behalf of himself say BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and wished him all the very best in life.
