Chief Honourable Napoleon Gbinije former member of Federal House of Representatives Okpe Sapele Uvwie Federal Constituency has sent a felicitation message to His Excellency, Senator,Dr.Ifeanyi Okowa on his 61 Birthday who he described as a " Political Collossus" In a press release made available to journalists in Warri,Delta State the former Federal Lawmaker said that Governorr Okowa has impacted a lot on the life of the average Deltan through his numerous empowerment programmes
In his message he congratulated him and said Governorr Okowa at 61" looks like 30 because he is cover with The Grace of Almight Lord.and wisdom which he has brought to bear in the administration of the State.He added that it is indeed a great time to celebrate but it will be illogical to do so as a result of the health condition of the Delta State First Family.
" While wishing His Excellency, a happy birthday with Grace and many more years from The Almighty God.I call on Deltans and Nigerians to join me in Prayers for the speedy and total recovery of the First Citizen and his family, in order for him to continue his good work for people of Delta State"He concluded.
