The Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor His Excellency Dr Ifeanyi Okowa has joined legions of well wishers to to wish Governor Ifeanyi Okowa happy birthday as he turned 61 today July 8 2020.

Chief Francis Arhiyor in a congratulatory message released to journalists in Effurun, described Governor Ifeanyi Okowa birth to the world 61 years ago as a blessing to mankind and the state.

He emphasized that the birthday celebrant is a leader with political courage and a true democrat.

"You are a proactive and pragmatic political figure and you have thus far strengthen the People's Democratic Party PDP in the state" he said.

The SSA to the Delta State Governor on Transportation noted that as one who has been in the transportation sector for decades  he will boldly affirmed that Governor Okowa has done well in the transportation sector, especially in addressing issues of clashes in public motor parks across the state.

He however used the medium to prayed for speedy recovery to Governor Okowa and his family members that contracted the coronavirus.

Chief Francis Arhiyor thereafter wished Governor a Big Happy Birthday, long life and all his heart desires.
