The Okobaro of Ughievwen Kingdom, Owhawha the second has felicitated with the State Governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa on his sixty-first birthday anniversary.
In his congratulatory message, the Okobaro described Governor Okowa as a selfless and detribalized leader who has carried all sections of the state along in his governance.
He noted that Governor has touched virtually all parts of the state with his development projects.
Owhawha the second noted that, the giant strides of Governor Okowa in road construction has endeared him to Deltans, earning him the nickname "The Road Master"
He added that his care and respect for traditional rulers in the state is unequalled in the history of the state and urged him to sustain it.
The monarch said the State Governor has also performed excellently in the area of education and environmental sanitation.
He noted that Governor Okowa scored another political point in his tackling of the dreaded coronavirus in the state and this has helped contained its spread.
The Okobaro who described the infection of Governor Okowa, his wife and daughter by the virus and prayed God for their speedy recovery.
He wished Governor Okowa a happy birthday, and prayed God to grant him long life.
The Okobaro restated the support of the Ughievwen people to the Okowa administration.
