YULETIDE: CHIEF IZOUKUMOR TASK CHRISTIANS FOR TOLERANCE, LOVE, CARE AS THEY CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS.

WARRI-

Renowned Ijaw leader and philanthropist, Chief Favour O. Izoukumor has tasked Christians all over the world, and Nigerians in particular to show tolerance, love and care to one another in this festive period.

Chief Izoukumor in his charismas message advised Christians to show empathy and compassion, just as the Savior did.

According to Favour Izoukumor: “The Savior did not only epitomize piety, He demonstrated tolerance, love and care throughout His sojourn on earth.”

“To care for the sick, and the hungry, and the downtrodden. And of course, to love one another, even our enemies, and treat one another the way we would want to be treated,” the fiewei of Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Kingdom said.

Chief Izoukumor said: “As Christians we should soberly retrospect the lessons the Savior’s birth has brought to the human race.”

The country’s challenges would be obsolete when tolerance, love and care become our cardinal values, Chief Izoukumor said.

He said peace is fundamental, for the country to spring to sustainable economic growth, but peace will be untenable if stakeholders do not inspire tolerance, love and care as was exemplified by our Lord Jesus Christ.
