59 INDEPENDENCE ANNIVERSARY_CHIEF IZOUKOMOR CONGRATULATES ALL NIGERIANS

The immediate past commissioner who represented Ijaw ethnic nationality on the board of DESOPADEC Chief Favour Izoukomor has congratulated all Nigerians as the nation marks her 59 independence anniversary.
Chief Izoukomor noted that Nigeria as a country deserved to be celebrated for being a United nation since independence on October 1 1960.
He pointed out that after gaining independence from her colonial master Great Britain, the nation has experience her ups and downs.
Chief Izoukomor who is also the fiyewei of Ogbe Ijoh Warri kingdom added that Nigeria might not have gotten to where she ought to be in terms of development but expressed optimism that the nation will get it right.
He urged all Nigerians irrespective of tribes, gender or religion differences to always work in building a virile and prosperous nation.
Chief Favour Izoukomor however on behalf of his family and the good people of Ijaw nation wished all Nigerians a happy Independence celebration
