*DR PAUL BEBENIMIBO CONGRATULATES HON TAIYE TUOYO AND HON ARTHUR AKPODUBAKAYE FOR SUCCESSFUL SWEARING IN*

The Commissioner representing Ijaw Ethnic Nationality on the board of DESOPADEC, Dr Paul Bebenimibo has felicitated with the Warri South West Council chairman and his vice, Hon Taiye Tuoyo and Hon Arthur Akpodubakaye for their successful swearing in into office to pilot the affairs of the Council for the next three years.

Dr Paul Bebenimibo congratulatory message was contained in a press release made available to news men recently in Warri.

 "The re-election of Hon Taiye Tuoyo and Hon Arthur Akpodubakaye is a pointer to the fact that they are the choices of the people" he noted.

The DESOPADEC Commissioner expressed optimism that Hon Taiye Tuoyo and Hon Arthur Akpodubakaye who have also been presented DSIEC certificate of returns will certainly deliver on their mandate to the people of Warri South West Council Area.

"The newly sworn in chairman and his vice are young vibrant individuals that tried their best in moving the Council forward in their first tenure and certainly by God's grace they will deliver on their mandate in their second tenure" Dr Bebenimibo stated.

He hailed the people of Warri South West Council Area for overwhelming voting in Hon Taiye Tuoyo and Hon Arthur Akpodubakaye as well as all the PDP councilor in the March Saturday 6 2021 local government areas election.

"The People's Democratic Party PDP in Warri South West Council Area has once again proven that the council area is the strong hold of the party" he emphasized.

Dr Bebenimibo lauded all PDP faithful for delivering all the PDP candidates at the Saturday Council polls.

He however wished Hon Taiye Tuoyo and Hon Arthur Akpodubakaye and all elected councilors the best as they bring the dividends of democracy to their people at the grassroots
