CONSTITUENCY MEETING : HON WAIVE ASSURE CONSTITUENTS OF EFFECTIVE REPRESENTATION.

The member representing Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Honourable Francis Waive says in less than a year in the house, he has moved two bills, sponsored ten motions and carried out some basic empowerment programmes for his constituents.
Honourable Waive disclosed this on Saturday March 21 2020 when he held a series of meetings with some concerned stakeholders from his constituency at his Ughelli North constituency office.
The Federal Lawmaker, Honourable Francis Waive told the ward chairmen of the All Progressive Congress APC from his constituency, his appointees, students body, among other concerned stakeholders that he has been able to rendered quality representation in the green chamber.
He maintained that as a first timer in the house of representatives, he has made necessary input in the budgeting process at the floor of the house.
The parliamentarian added that the essence of the series of meetings with the various concerned stakeholders from his constituency was to enable him feel the pulse of his people so as to make him know how to effectively represent them in the hallow chamber.
He implored party faithful to always remain loyal, assuring that better days lie ahead.
He however promised his constituents that he would continue to sponsor bills and raise motions that will have direct impact to his people.
Honourable Waive called on members of the party who are yet to benefit to exercise little patience, stressing that all will be carried along in the scheme of things.
He told his constituents that he is replacing the cooperative scheme he promised them with a CBN grant.
He stressed that he is planning to pay for hundred persons drawn from the three local government areas of Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu to undergo the process of obtaining the grant.
While commenting on the crisis that almost tore the party at the national, Honourable Waive commended the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo Agege for the role him and other leaders of the party played in resolving the crisis.
Some of the concerned stakeholders who spoke at the different sessions of the meeting lauded Honourable Francis Waive for his robust representation at the National Assembly.
They thanked him for always identifying with his people but also solicited that he use his position to attract more federal empowerment to his people.
